World Time Explorer is a program that can show local time for any place on earth. An interactive map that refreshes with a few mouse clicks shows each GMT offset with a distinct color. Zoom in and see the current time anywhere in the world! There is historic time information from 1850 till today. World Time Explorer (WTE) is shareware. A license costs US $15, which permits you to install WTE in 10 computers.
