Time zone changes from version 2006b3 to 2006c1: Date : Tuesday April 4, 2006 File : 2006c1.txt I told you back in 2006b1.txt to keep an eye on Tunisia, Haiti and Nicaragua, which had all observed DST last year but apparently didn't continue this year. Not only did Tunisia join DST, but also Haiti, if you read french see http://www.haitipressnetwork.com/news.cfm?articleID=7612 Basically Haiti is continuing with the same timezone scheme as last year, to go with US-style DST, but applying at midnight both DST changes, instead of at 2:00 in the morning as the US. It will be interesting to see if they will follow the new US-style DST that is inaugurated in 2007 in USA, from Second Sunday of March (3 weeks extra compared to 2006) to First Sunday of November (1 week extra compared to 2006).
