* Despite several confirmations that Honduras would continue
to use CDT until all three central american countries on DST
(Honduras, Guatemala and Nicaragua) would return to standard
time in sync, without much notice suddenly Honduras decided to
stay with the original decree 18-2006 (which I have not seen)
and returning to Central Standard Time

Old End rule: Last Sunday of August 2006 at 0:00 (guessed)
New End rule: First Monday of August 2006 at 0:00

I hope nobody lost their flights because of this sudden change!
Getting to the airport of Tegucigalpa would probably only mean
that people caught without notice of this change would come an
hour early for their flights - but if there were connections to
other countries, the landing time would now be an hour later,
with the result that planned connections could have been lost.
