WTE is a 30-day shareware program. You can use it for 30 days to confirm whether it satisfies your needs. With a license you get access to all years of historical data from 1850 till today. You can generate the map colors showing the time for any moment from 1850.
Note that the license is hardware specific, but for each paid license you have the right to install on your home computer, work computer, friends and family etc. in total 10 different computers. For each computer you need to ask the author for the hardware-specific license, with no extra charge.
A license costs US $15. Click 'Buy License' below, and follow the instructions to complete the purchase.
Now you need to run the program, open Registration and type your name in the name box, and click 'Generate' then click 'Send'. This will send your temporary license information to me from which I will generate your permanent license once the paypal payment has been confirmed. This must be repeated for each of the 10 computers where you would like to install it.
