* Argentina is changing clocks this weekend, applying GMT-2 in their Summer
period from 30.th. of December 2007 at 0:00 until 16.th. of March 2008 at 0:00,
when clocks will be returned 1 hour to GMT-3 for the Winter period.
The record speed legislation happened this afternoon/evening.
